In coastal areas of Maharashtra, India, Weichai launched an educational support program focused on enhancing the learning conditions for children. The initiative involved distributing school supplies to 325 students from fishing families and upgrading the sanitary facilities in local community schools. A notable project was the comprehensive renovation undertaken at Shri Bhanoba Vidyalay in the Koli community of Pune. By improving hygiene standards and creating a healthier educational environment, Weichai supports children's aspirations for brighter futures.

Compassion for the Elderly

On the other side of the globe in Turkey, Weichai's charitable efforts highlight its commitment to the elderly. The local team visited a public nursing home in Istanbul where they provided urgent supplies, including diapers, hospital beds, and bandages, to 258 residents facing challenging circumstances. Many of these individuals are unsupported, disabled, or elderly, and the provision of these essential supplies significantly enhanced their living conditions and care. Such initiatives have garnered Weichai immense respect and praise from the local community.
