Next Level Aviation Welcomes Mike Fleener as Senior VP of Global Sales

In a significant move for the aviation parts industry, Next Level Aviation® (NLA) has announced the appointment of Mike Fleener as its new Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Fleener, a seasoned professional in the field, brings over 20 years of invaluable experience to his new role. His background includes military service as a graduate of the United States Military Academy and an officer in the Army, where he also served as an Apache helicopter pilot.

NLA is recognized globally for its leadership in the distribution of used serviceable materials (USM) for commercial aircraft, specifically catering to Boeing and Airbus platforms. With Fleener at the helm of the global sales division, the company aims to leverage his extensive knowledge and strategic acumen to expand its market footprint.

Throughout his extensive career, Mike has held various pivotal positions at major companies in the aviation aftermarket parts sector. His depth of knowledge in leadership, sales, operations, and supply chain management positions him uniquely to enhance NLA’s international sales strategies. This appointment comes at a critical juncture for NLA, as the company seeks to build on its growth trajectory. In his new position, Fleener will oversee the management, development, and enhancement of NLA's international sales team, focusing on further accelerating the growth of the company’s USM business over the coming years.

Fleener’s role will not only involve direct sales management but will also include close collaboration with other key leaders at NLA, such as the Senior VP of Global Business Development and other team members, to broaden the company's international customer base. According to Jack Gordon, the CEO of Next Level Aviation®, the decision to bring Fleener on board was a strategic one.
