CHRO NIGHT!! 2025: A Gathering of HR Leaders
On July 22, 2025, the Japan CHRO Association is set to host CHRO NIGHT!! 2025 under the theme "-Overcoming the Era of Transformation: A Challenge for Individual-Centric HR Management and Expectations for Next-Gen Leaders-." This event will bring together Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs) and executives from corporate planning departments to re-evaluate the crucial role of CHROs from a management perspective. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in discussions focused on practical insights regarding organizational transformation. Key topics will include inter-departmental collaboration, data utilization, and strategies for harnessing individual strengths within organizations.
As the importance of CHRO functions escalates, especially in these rapidly changing times, the event will foster an environment for attendees to learn from each other's challenges and share innovative approaches to contemporary HR issues.
