Celebrate the Festive Season at Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura Tokyo

From December 18 to December 28, 2025, Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura Tokyo will present a remarkable festive menu curated by Head Chef Raffaella De Vita, inspired by the vibrant traditions of holiday celebrations.

In addition to the festive menu, two special flavors of Italian panettone will be available, making this celebration truly unique. Starting from October 15, 2025, advance reservations can be made through the official website, with limited quantities available for purchase from November 25, 2025.

The Menu: A Culinary Celebration

The special year-end menu is a creative fusion of classic Italian cooking techniques and Japanese ingredients. This synthesis reflects Chef Massimo Bottura's culinary philosophy, celebrating both heritage and innovation. Here’s a glimpse of what to expect:

  • - Crab with Cocktail Sauce: A festive appetizer showcasing sumptuous crab, elegantly plated to capture the spirit of the season.
  • - Eel and Balsamic Risotto: This dish combines roasted eel with the tang of balsamic vinegar, marrying flavors beautifully.
  • - Duck with Orange Sauce: The sweetness and acidity of oranges complement the rich, savory flavors of the duck, making it a standout dish.
  • - Kyoto Dessert: This visually stunning dessert encapsulates the winter beauty of Kyoto in a snow dome presentation.
  • - Mustacciolo Cookie: Inspired by traditional sweets from Puglia, this tree-shaped cookie is decorated with pistachio cream, adding a festive touch to the offerings.

Guests can savor this delightful experience in either a lunch course featuring five dishes or a dinner course featuring eight dishes, ensuring a comprehensive taste of the season’s offerings.

Panettone: A Festive Tradition

The Italian holiday favorite, panettone, will also be available. Crafted from high-quality butter, eggs, and fruits, these special panettone flavors are a labor of love, allowing for a rich aroma and taste. Two varieties will be offered this year:

  • - Traditional Panettone 2025: Created using creamy butter, fresh eggs, and flour from historic Italian mills. This version features candied fruits and a delicate infusion of natural vanilla from Madagascar and Tahiti, offering a classic taste with depth.
  • - Special Panettone Lemon & Limoncello 2025: Highlighting the refreshing aroma of lemons from Italy's Campania region, this unique panettone includes candied zest and peel steeped in Limoncello, ensuring an explosion of fresh, vibrant flavors.

Both panettone varieties come beautifully packaged, symbolizing Gucci’s botanical spirit, perfect for sharing during the festive season or as a thoughtful gift for loved ones.

The lunch course is priced at ¥18,000 per person (tax and service charge excluded), while the dinner course is ¥35,000 per person (tax and service charge excluded). Reservations can be made starting November 18, 2025, via the official Gucci Osteria page.
