Notably, Stroup spent over 18 years at Nestlé, climbing the ranks to become the global senior vice president and chief procurement officer based in Switzerland. With a background in dairy science from Virginia Tech and ongoing doctoral studies in organizational leadership from the University of San Diego, her qualifications are extensive.
