Pacific Consultants, headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is excited to announce its sponsorship and participation in the upcoming 32nd Kineko International Film Festival, which will be held from October 31 to November 4, 2025, at the Futakotamagawa Rise Central Square.

About the Kineko International Film Festival

Established in 1992 with support from the Berlinale's Children’s Film Section, the Kineko International Film Festival has grown to become Asia’s largest festival dedicated to films for children. This year marks its 32nd edition, showcasing high-quality films that cater to young audiences. A selection of 62 films, including 51 competition entries and 11 special screenings, will be screened during the festival, featuring an impressive array of around 700 submissions from around the globe.

The festival aims to provide not only entertaining and fun films but also a variety of emotional experiences and learning opportunities—addressing important social issues that resonate with both children and adults. One of the standout features of the Kineko Festival is its unique screening format. Audiences will have the rare opportunity to enjoy international films dubbed live by professional voice actors. This “live cinema” experience will immerse viewers as if they were being read a picture book while watching the film, ensuring an engaging and memorable cinema experience.
