Kacper Kłos Takes the Helm at Assembly Digital Commerce, Paving the Way for Future Innovations

Kacper Kłos Appointed CEO of Assembly Digital Commerce

In an exciting development within the media agency landscape, Assembly has announced the appointment of Kacper Kłos as the Chief Executive Officer of Assembly Digital Commerce. This strategic move comes as the agency aims to enhance its digital commerce offerings and embrace the evolving market dynamics. Kłos brings with him close to twenty years of expertise in digital transformation, e-commerce strategies, and accelerating scalable growth for global brands.

Having previously served as the Global Director of Assembly Digital Commerce, Kłos possesses a wealth of experience that positions him perfectly for this new role. His leadership has been pivotal in the design and execution of Assembly's global digital commerce strategy, successfully integrating creative capabilities, content, and media solutions to provide comprehensive services to clients.

Before his tenure at Assembly, Kłos played a critical role as the co-founder and inaugural CEO of Brand New Galaxy. Under his guidance, the agency expanded its operations across three continents, employing over 600 professionals and achieving annual revenue growth of over 30%. Additionally, Kłos led the successful acquisition of Content26, marking a significant milestone as the first Amazon-focused agency in the U.S. to be acquired by a Polish-origin company. After Stagwell's acquisition of Brand New Galaxy, Kłos was instrumental in the seamless integration of global offerings and fast-tracked international expansion strategies.

In 2024, Brand New Galaxy was rebranded to Assembly Digital Commerce. This decision aimed to foster more interconnected omnichannel experiences for brands while aligning with Assembly's commitment to uncovering transformative insights that can drive growth throughout the entire consumer journey. Returning to the helm as CEO marks a full-circle moment for Kłos, solidifying his deep connection to the agency's mission and vision.

Expressing enthusiasm about his new position, Kłos stated, "This is an exhilarating time for Assembly as we continue to shape the future of digital commerce. With the rise of AI, advanced analytics, and scalable, interconnected ecosystems, brands are presented with immense growth opportunities. I am proud to partner with this team of experts to assist our clients in leveraging these trends and elevate our agency's evolution as a market leader in the digital commerce space."

Rick Acampora, the Global CEO of Assembly, also weighed in on the announcement, emphasizing Kłos' proven track record in developing global digital commerce capabilities. He noted how Kłos has adeptly connected creative, content, and media offerings to craft innovative solutions aligned with client business objectives. Under Kłos' leadership, Assembly is poised to set new benchmarks for success within the industry.
