Shohei Tsurumaki’s Vision and Experience

Shohei Tsurumaki is no stranger to achievement. He won a national futsal tournament during his junior college years representing Saitama Prefecture and started his career at a well-known human resource education consulting firm, assuming the role of acting head in the youth division before the official commencement of employment. Over the course of his first year and a half, he successfully aided nearly 2,000 careers, consistently ranking as the top performer among his peers.

Motivated by a passion to support athletes, Tsurumaki transitioned to a sports-focused employment support firm where he played a fundamental role in recruitment and employee training. He formulated new hiring systems from scratch and contributed significantly to the company’s growth, effectively doubling the number of employees in three years, all while assisting with the establishment of a PR department in anticipation of the company’s public offering.

Later, Tsurumaki joined an independent consulting firm and eventually founded TOiRO, where he assumed the role of director, and now CEO, after accumulating over 10,000 instances of career guidance and directly engaging with sports teams across high schools and universities nationwide.
