Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra's 2026-27 Concert Schedule
The Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra (TKWO), based in Suginami, Tokyo, has announced its concert schedule for the 2026-27 season. This season promises to enhance the excitement and possibilities of wind music with a total of six regular performances, increasing from five in the previous season.

Conducted by Hubert Soudan, this concert will feature the complete ballet score of "Daphnis et Chloé" arranged by Koichi Ohashi, and works by Camille Saint-Saëns and Jan van der Roost.

The fourth installment of the Maslanka Cycle, focusing on works by David Maslanka and featuring a piece titled "When the Sun Rises" by Takashi Yoshimatsu.

A special concert conducted by Tatsuya Shimono, combining American and Japanese compositions, and highlighting a euphonium solo by Ayano Iwakuro.

In addition to its regular concerts, TKWO will host special performances including the "Fantastic☆Christmas" concert on December 22, 2026, and the "Task Music Concert 2027" on March 27, 2027, both at the Tokyo芸術劇場 Concert Hall.
