Keynote Session by Kazuya Kurihara

On October 7th, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Kazuya Kurihara will present insights into effective hiring practices for new graduates who continually deliver results post-hiring. He will discuss the significance of students' career perceptions and how career education during the recruitment process plays a vital role in their future success. The session will include him, Hoshito Furuya, and Tomo Hanyu from Tech Ocean, providing diverse perspectives on new graduate recruitment.

About Kazuya Kurihara

Kazuya Kurihara began his career in 2011 as a system engineer for a foreign IT services firm, where he contributed to foundational system development for general trading companies and business process re-engineering projects. In 2017, he transitioned to the HR department, focusing on new graduate recruitment for engineers, successfully leading the hiring of 50 to 300 candidates yearly. With over 5,000 interactions with students, he continues to explore effective recruitment strategies that satisfy both employers and candidates. Since July 2021, Kurihara has been a certified facilitator for the Protean Career Association, promoting open conversations about careers. In 2022, he established himself as a lead in career development for organizations, conducting training and seminars to help build synergistic career paths for individuals.
