The Rams Hill Golf Villas are set to redefine golf lodging in Borrego Springs. With an emphasis on intimate and high-end accommodations, this project aims to attract stay-and-play guests looking for a luxurious escape. The overarching development plan covers more than 1,300 acres, with forthcoming phases aimed at enhancing guest services and recreational opportunities. Plans for additional lodging and expansions of the golf course are also in consideration, with the total entitlement encompassing approximately 1,500 homes.

Est Est’s responsibilities will include comprehensive interior design for all golf villas in Phase 1, comprising the configuration of furniture, fixtures, and finishes. Notably, this collaboration marks Est Est’s first project with Rams Hill, serving as the groundwork for potentially larger master plan designs in the future.
