This innovative solution aims to fundamentally alter user experiences, network performance, and security frameworks, providing a fresh impetus for telecommunications operators in their growth journeys.
Leon Wang, the President of Huawei’s Data Communication Product Line, addressed the summit, emphasizing the profound upgrades made to the AI WAN solution. With a three-tiered architecture involving AI-oriented devices, connections, and computations, Huawei’s approach reshapes IP channel networks effectively, progressing telecom operators into the Net5.5G R2 AI UBB stage.
Facing stagnation in residential broadband growth and the homogenization of service packages, Huawei's AI WAN solution offers advanced identification and profiling mechanisms under the Xingluo framework. This capability supports monetization at the application level, empowering service providers to design differentiated service packages that precisely target potential customers with over 90% accuracy.
In response to increasing enterprise demands for AI computations, the AI WAN solution has already aided China Telecom Shanghai in launching intelligent dedicated computing lines, resolving traditional network performance bottlenecks. Employing the lossless Xingluo algorithm facilitates precise flow overload management and secures data through vector transformation mechanisms. With collaborative edge and cloud learning capabilities, this solution is projected to boost the average revenue per user (ARPU) for telecom operators tenfold, ensuring a return on investment within just two years.
In light of escalating cyber threats, Huawei's AI WAN enhances security across device levels, networks, and configurations. With session-level fault isolation and post-quantum encryption, the system simulates configurations across thousands of devices in a matter of minutes, effectively reducing human error. This multidimensional security architecture promises greater reliability for client services.
As networks continue to scale, traditional operational models face immense pressure. The Huawei NetMaster system offers 24/7 network protection, transitioning from passive reactive methods to proactive operational strategies. For instance, China Mobile Guangdong successfully reduced diagnosis time from 45 minutes to just 5 minutes by leveraging a knowledge database of 300,000 cases. Additionally, MasOrange Spain implemented an autonomous L4 transport IP network based on the Huawei AI WAN solution, which simultaneously decreased average repair times while optimizing costs and improving efficiency.
