Details of the Rental Plans

- Full Day Plan: Available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, this plan allows for 16 hours of exclusive use.
- Daytime Plan: This option is usable from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, offering 9 hours of access.
- Short Daytime Plan: Rent for a continuous 4-hour period between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Night Plan: For nighttime events, this plan is offered from 10:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

All plans include parking for up to 50 vehicles at Bikers Paradise South Hakone and usage rights for restroom and break facilities for up to 100 guests.

How to Reserve

Given the necessary coordination with local authorities for events, reservations must be made at least 60 days in advance. For the sake of other regular users, formal completion of the usage procedure should occur no later than 40 days prior to the booking date.
