Organized by REDEE Inc., in cooperation with Sofmap Inc. and Intel Corporation, this event invites children—especially elementary school students—to step into the world of game creation through the popular platforms Minecraft and ROBLOX.

About the Event

This interactive workshop is designed to provide kids with the chance to learn programming and game development in a supportive environment. The event's primary aim is to inspire participants to transition from simply playing games to creating them—a crucial skill in today's digital age.

Free and Accessible

Participation in this workshop is completely free, and it operates on a reservation basis, allowing children to secure their spots in advance. For those who don't register ahead of time, walk-ins are welcome on the day if there are still open slots.

Hands-on Learning Experience

The workshop consists of two distinct sessions: the "Minecraft Programming Experience" and the "ROBLOX Game Creative Experience." Both sessions will be led by experienced instructors who are dedicated to making the experience enjoyable and educational for all participants, even those who are new to programming and game creation.

• - Minecraft Programming Experience: Participants will engage with the educational version of Minecraft, where they’ll learn basic programming concepts in a fun and engaging way.
• - ROBLOX Game Creative Experience: In this session, students will dive into the creation of their own games using ROBLOX, taking them through the entire process from concept to execution.

Skills Development

Utilizing cutting-edge gaming laptops equipped with the latest CPUs, attendees will grasp the mechanics and operational principles behind games. This creative process aims to foster logical thinking and imagination among the youth.

The eSports Studio AKIBA, located on the 8th floor of the Sofmap AKIBA Computer and Digital Building, is a permanent eSports facility specifically designed to support events like this.
