Precision Concepts International Welcomes Pete Bitter as Vice President of Corporate Development

On September 16, 2026, Precision Concepts International, LLC (PCI), a member of The Sterling Group portfolio, officially announced the hiring of Pete Bitter as the new Vice President of Corporate Development and Project Management Office (PMO). This strategic appointment, effective September 14, 2026, is designed to bolster PCI's efforts in growing within the specialty rigid packaging industry.

Extensive Experience in Corporate Development

Bringing over 20 years of expertise in transaction and corporate finance, Bitter's past roles position him uniquely for this new chapter at PCI. He most recently held the title of Senior Vice President for Global Corporate Development and Transformation at MCC Label, another company under the CDR umbrella. There, he took the lead on strategic finance projects, successfully directing M&A activities as well as initiatives aimed at creating value within the organization.

Before his tenure at MCC Label, Bitter accumulated a wealth of knowledge during a 12-year stint at Altium Packaging, LLC, which has ties to both Bain Capital and Loews Corporation. Throughout his career, he has also occupied corporate development and investment banking roles at prominent organizations including INVISTA (a Koch Industries company), Macquarie Group, and The Home Depot / HD Supply.
