MOL Family Day: Connecting Teams and Embracing Diversity



MOL Family Day, organized by Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, took place from August 6 to 8, 2025, attracting around 550 participants, including employees and their families. This event, part of the "BLUE ACTION for ALL Campaign," aimed to connect employees and promote understanding of the company's operations through various activities.

A Day of Insights and Experiences


During the event, participants enjoyed guided tours of the Safety Operation Support Center, where they learned about the vital role this facility plays in supporting vessels year-round. Additionally, attendees participated in a dining experience at the employee cafeteria, indulging in meals while engaging in discussions and quizzes about the company's values and mechanisms.

One of the highlights was a quiz rally that not only tested knowledge but also fostered teamwork among participants. In parallel, an online workplace experience was offered, allowing those unable to attend in person to participate and gain insights into the operations of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines.

Wheelchair Rugby Experience: Fun and Awareness


In a unique twist, the event featured a wheelchair rugby experience hosted by the “AXE” team, of which MOL employee Kayo Kurahashi is a member. Participants had the chance to ride in competitive wheelchairs and engage with athletes, experiencing the excitement of tackles and friendly games. The atmosphere was exhilarating, fostering camaraderie and excitement amongst all involved.
