The development of our understanding and strategies for climate change is crucial in today's world. On January 26, 2026, a significant seminar titled "Exploring Global Trends and GX-ETS: The Future of Hydrogen and Ammonia" will be held. This event brings together distinguished experts from various institutions, including Takahiro Ueno from the Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry, Hitoshi Sato from Nomura Research Institute, and Fuminori Shiozawa from the International Institute for Environmental Economics. Together, they will dissect the challenges and prospects of climate change policies, focusing on hydrogen and ammonia's roles in the energy transition.

Seminar Details


The seminar will take place at the Kioi Forum in Chiyoda, Tokyo, from 1:00 PM to 4:50 PM. Attendees will have the option to participate in person or via live-streaming through Zoom. For those unable to attend live, there will also be an archived version available for two weeks, allowing viewers flexibility in accessing the content at their convenience.
