Dress for Success® Worldwide Relaunches Its Signature Women Who Inspire Campaign
Dress for Success® Worldwide, a prominent non-profit organization advocating for women's advancement in the workplace, has unveiled its new 2026 Women Who Inspire digital campaign. Scheduled to coincide with Women's History Month and International Women's Day, this initiative seeks to honor women whose experiences exemplify resilience, perseverance, and transformation. It also serves as a vital fundraiser to support women globally.
The Women Who Inspire campaign marks the inaugural initiative under the organization’s broader vision titled Success Starts Now. This year-long global initiative aims to refresh the brand while addressing the evolving needs of women in today's workforce. The honorees of the campaign will include women served by Dress for Success' expansive global network, which spans 15 countries, as well as C-suite executives who champion women’s career ambitions.
Joanie Bily, the CEO of Dress for Success Worldwide, states, "The disparities and barriers in the workforce aren't theoretical; they are measurable and persistent, and there is an opportunity to expand access for women in a rapidly evolving work landscape." This campaign aims to raise crucial funds while providing no-fee programs to women in need.
This year's campaign has garnered significant support from various entities, particularly its Title Sponsor, KnitWell Group, which encompasses iconic American brands such as Ann Taylor, Lane Bryant, LOFT, and Talbots. Barbara Wagner, the President of Talbots, expressed the Brand's commitment, saying, "Our brands are united by a long-standing commitment to support women and our communities. We are proud to help extend life-changing programs and no-cost resources to more women. When women are supported, communities thrive."
In addition to KnitWell Group, several other partners are contributing to the mission, such as Sono Bello, Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits, The Adecco Group US Foundation, Capital One, and FedEx. Furthermore, the campaign features a media partnership with Gear Communications.
Leading the initiative are influential figures from the beauty and media worlds. Esteemed makeup artist and entrepreneur Bobbi Brown is heading the Star Power group, a collective of VIPs supporting the campaign. Bobbi, known for empowering women to embrace their individuality, shares, "Dress for Success empowers women to transform their lives and reinvent their futures."
Additionally, Tamsen Fadal, an award-winning journalist and advocate for women's health and aging, will also guide this group. She emphasizes the importance of supporting women during transitional phases in their lives—work that she sees as tremendously impactful.
The Women Who Inspire campaign serves as a demonstration of Dress for Success' commitment to driving economic mobility for women. At its core, the organization aims to create pathways that not only uplift women but also enrich the communities they inhabit. The campaign will culminate with a celebratory event titled “CHEERS TO HER” on March 26, 2026, in New York City, hosted by KnitWell Group.
