Sales Hack Introduces Extended Golden Week Holiday
As a full-remote sales support company,
Sales Hack (based in Chuo, Tokyo, and represented by Hiroshi Sasada) is excited to announce a long-term
Golden Week holiday from
April 25 to May 6, 2026. This initiative aims to enhance employee well-being and improve work-life balance throughout the organization. Staff will be available to address inquiries from
May 7 onward, ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly after the break.
The Rationale Behind the Extended Holiday
Sales Hack is committed to promoting high productivity in sales operations. Our client companies often observe long holiday periods, and many individual employees utilize their paid leave around this time. Having assisted over
100 companies with their sales efforts, we have gathered substantial data indicating that prior to and during long holidays, client availability decreases significantly, and sales reactions tend to be suboptimal.
This is a logical outcome since numerous employees are on vacation during this timeframe, or others are heavily occupied with pressing workloads as they approach these breaks. With clear data indicating that outcomes during these periods are less favorable, it makes sense to adapt our operational calendar accordingly. Thus, we have firmly established this extended holiday for our team.
Enhancing Work-Life Balance
Our workforce at Sales Hack continues to grow, becoming increasingly diverse in age, gender, and work style. Members range from their 20s to their 70s, and many juggle parenting, caregiving, and side jobs alongside their professional responsibilities. One of the primary purposes of this extended holiday is to foster an environment where all employees can work without stress and make the most of their personal lives.
Sales Hack is dedicated to ensuring that every member can perform their roles with confidence and satisfaction. We are committed to building an atmosphere that supports professional growth and the development of skills, providing the necessary tools for enjoyable and fulfilling work experiences.
