Florida Realtors® Achieves Recognition as One of the Best Companies for Employees in 2025

In a remarkable achievement, Florida Realtors®, the prominent professional trade association in the state, has once again been recognized as one of Florida's 'Best Companies to Work For' in 2025. This marks the fourth consecutive year that they have received this honor. The acknowledgment comes from Florida Trend magazine, which highlights the top companies across various sizes in its annual list featured in the August issue.

Ranked 30th in the best mid-sized category consisting of organizations with 50 to 249 employees, Florida Realtors® has demonstrated exceptional leadership in cultivating a positive work environment. Margy Grant, the CEO of Florida Realtors®, expressed gratitude for this recognition and attributed the success to the passionate team that contributes to the organization's mission of serving members and enhancing the real estate landscape in Florida. "Our culture thrives on collaboration, respect, and a commitment to making a difference together," she stated.

The association, employing 150 individuals and operating from its headquarters in Orlando, along with a public policy office in Tallahassee, plays a vital role in supporting its 238,000 members across 50 local Realtor boards and associations. The services offered include continuing education, legislative representation, and various programs aimed at empowering real estate professionals throughout the state.

Tim Weisheyer, the current president of Florida Realtors® and a broker-owner of Dream Builders Realty and dbrCommercial Real Estate Services, emphasized the association's commitment to excellence and innovation. He noted that the workplace is designed to foster service and collaboration, enabling employees to make significant contributions to the industry. "This recognition from Florida Trend solidifies our belief that Florida Realtors® is more than just an association; it's a wonderful place to work," Weisheyer remarked.

To participate in the 'Best Companies to Work For in Florida' program, organizations must have a minimum of 15 employees in the state and be operational for at least one year. The process involves an extensive evaluation of workplace policies, practices, and philosophies, coupled with an employee satisfaction survey to gauge overall contentment within the organization. The results are calculated, leading to the final rankings published by Florida Trend in collaboration with Workforce Research Group, which manages the process.

Florida Trend magazine enjoys a significant readership of over 250,000 executives, civic leaders, and public officials each month, providing insights into the business landscape, industry leaders, and the cultural vibe of Florida.

To sum it up, Florida Realtors®' continuous recognition reflects its dedication not only to the real estate industry but also to creating a supportive and engaging work environment that empowers its employees. This ethos is pivotal for the association as it continues to establish itself as a leading advocate and resource in the realm of real estate in Florida, embodying the slogan 'The Voice for Real Estate®.'
