Yuuji Maekawa - Executive Officer, Director of Corporate Information at M&A Capital Partners

• - In 2004, he passed the second examination for Certified Public Accountants. He registered as a CPA in 2009. He has worked in an accounting consulting firm, engaging in IPO support and establishing management systems for listed companies. Since then, he has been involved in supporting capital business alliances between listed companies, MBOs involving delisting, and M&A for business succession in unlisted firms. He became an Executive Officer at M&A Capital Partners in 2022.
