This association, which is part of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL), focuses on the professional development of women in the legal industry. Renza, a well-respected figure in Florida's legal community, aims to enhance member engagement and strengthen the local network throughout her presidential term for 2025-2026.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Renza earned her bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University and completed her law degree at Savannah Law School. With a career initiated in personal injury litigation, she later joined Rubenstein Law in 2025 where she has continued to excel and advocate for her clients.
