On April 1, 2026, KURUKURU held its annual entrance and promotion ceremony at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel Ginza Tobu, marking a new chapter for the company with the induction of two new graduates and the promotion of 15 employees. This initiative supports KURUKURU's ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of growth and excellence within its team.

In addition to welcoming new hires, KURUKURU recognized the hard work of existing employees through a promotion ceremony. Fifteen staff members were highlighted for their achievements based on merit and performance, regardless of age or tenure. Among the promoted employees were those who, after joining the company not long ago, showcased significant contributions and assumed new roles with additional responsibilities.

Just two days after the ceremonies, on April 3, the KURUKURU team gathered again for a company-wide event aimed at strengthening interdepartmental relationships. Approximately 70 employees participated in this gathering, which took place at the same venue.

The purpose of this networking event was to deepen relationships within the company. KURUKURU conducts such gatherings quarterly to ensure continuous engagement among team members. Specifically, this gathering focused on enhancing interactions between new hires and recently joined employees, creating an environment where staff members who typically do not interact could connect face-to-face.

Dynamic Seating Arrangement


The gathering featured a unique seating configuration, consisting of 11 tables, each accommodating seven people. To promote diverse interactions, attendees changed tables every 15 minutes, enjoying up to eight rotations throughout the evening. This design aimed to break down barriers between departments and cultivate a culture of open dialogue. Many attendees expressed gratitude for the opportunity to converse with colleagues they seldom interacted with and appreciated the fast-paced introductions that came with the brief time slots.
