The NSCA Japan (National Strength and Conditioning Association Japan) is set to host the highly anticipated S&C Conference 2025 on February 21-22, 2026, at the Nihon Taiiku Daigaku (Japan Sports University) in Setagaya, Tokyo, and online. This hybrid event will feature around 20 distinguished speakers from both domestic and international backgrounds.

The primary goal of the S&C Conference is to promote knowledge backed by research in the fields of strength training and conditioning.
