Next Level Aviation® (NLA), a prominent name in the global distribution of certified used serviceable materials (USM) for commercial aircraft, has officially appointed Mike Fleener as its new Senior Vice President of Global Sales. This strategic recruitment is aimed at capitalizing on the increasing demand for high-quality aviation parts, especially as the company looks to expand its market presence in the United States and internationally.
Fleener comes to NLA with an impressive background, including his training at the United States Military Academy and serving as a helicopter pilot in the Army. With over two decades of experience in the aviation parts market, he brings significant expertise in leadership, sales, operations, and supply chain management. Throughout his career, he has held various key positions at leading firms within the aviation sector, including roles within original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
In his role at NLA, Fleener will leverage his wealth of experience to oversee, manage, and develop the company's global sales team with the intention of enhancing the firm's business operations in the U.S. over the coming years. He will be working closely with Clive Rankin, Senior Vice President of Global Business Development, to broaden NLA's client portfolio on an international scale.
