Hiring Temporary Administrative Staff

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

- - Exhibit teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward work responsibilities
Please note, the following individuals are ineligible to apply:

- - Individuals disqualified from holding public office under the National Public Service Act
- - Those convicted of serious crimes, or who have been dismissed from public service within the last two years

- - Those labeled as semi-cognitively impaired under prior civil law regulations
Work Schedule
The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, with a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM, excluding weekends and holidays. Some overtime may be required.
Location
The workplace is located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, specifically at 3-1-1 Kasumigaseki. The nearest metro stations are Kasumigaseki on the Chiyoda Line and National Diet Building on the Marunouchi Line, both within a five-minute walking distance. Please note that commuting by personal vehicle is not allowed.
Employment Duration
The employment period will commence on April 1, 2026, and will end on March 31, 2027. A probationary period of one month will be implemented upon hiring.
Salary Payment
Salaries are typically paid on the 16th of each month, and the amount will be determined based on educational background and experience.
Salary Details
- - The salary range is approximately ¥10,485 to ¥12,571 per day.
- - Year-end bonuses and housing allowances may be given based on certain conditions.
Commuting Allowance
Commuting expenses will be reimbursed, with a monthly cap of ¥150,000. Those who work more than 14 days in a month will receive a transportation allowance equivalent to a six-month commuter pass.
Retirement Benefits
Retirement allowances will apply if the employee works beyond six months under certain conditions, according to national retirement law.
Insurance Coverage
Employee insurance includes the Employment Insurance System, with specific exceptions applied if the retirement benefits law is invoked. The National Public Employees Mutual Aid Association applies under certain conditions.

Annual Leave
