Paul Smith Launches Capsule Collection for Oasis Comeback Tour Inspiration

A Stylish Tribute: Paul Smith x Oasis Capsule Collection

In a vibrant nod to the music and fashion scene of the 1990s, Paul Smith has announced a fresh capsule collection in collaboration with the iconic British rock band, Oasis. This launch comes ahead of Oasis’s much-anticipated comeback tour, marking their first tour in nearly 15 years. This unique collection draws inspiration from both the band’s remarkable legacy and the fashion aesthetic that thrived during their rise to fame.

Paul Smith, a significant figure in British fashion, and Oasis, one of the most influential bands in British music history, enjoy a profound connection that has evolved over the years. An iconic representation of this bond is a suit worn by Noel Gallagher, which features prominently in the artwork for Oasis's debut album, Definitely Maybe, released in 1994. Interestingly, Gallagher still owns this suit, and it was showcased last year during an exhibition titled "A Frame Around a Picture: Dressing the Greats" in Los Angeles.

The capsule collection includes a wide range of items featuring graphic T-shirts, striped T-shirts, caps, bags, and outerwear. The designs prominently feature printed and embroidered lyrics from legendary Oasis songs, as well as the band's logo harmoniously combined with Paul Smith's signature stripes.
