Steve Sisneros comes with an impressive background more than 30 years in the aviation sector. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Airport Affairs at Southwest Airlines, where he established strong collaboration within the aviation community and became known for his adeptness in handling intricate airport development challenges. By joining Paslay Group, Sisneros intends to assist airport clients and stakeholders in the successful delivery of capital programs, aligning stakeholders' goals, and driving business consulting initiatives.

For Sisneros, this opportunity was attractive due to Paslay Group's innovative approach to capital development, particularly their proprietary Executive Program Management® (EPM) model. This framework equips airport owners with seasoned leadership teams, enabling them to more effectively plan, implement, and execute infrastructure improvements. Furthermore, the firm provides essential support to enhance operations and optimize revenue through various services such as rentals and organizational assessments.

Sisneros stated, “Having worked with various executives at Paslay Group, I was impressed by their integrity and collaborative approach when engaging with airport and airline stakeholders. This influenced my decision to join their team. My experience allows me to introduce fresh perspectives to our goals.”

As he assumes his new role, Sisneros is eager to assist airport owners in achieving their visions by enhancing capital development processes and fostering effective engagement with airline partners. With a robust career trajectory that includes progressively responsible roles throughout his time at Southwest Airlines, Sisneros embodies a depth of knowledge that will undoubtedly prove beneficial to Paslay Group.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Aeronautics and Aviation Science from Saint Louis University and an MBA focused on International Business from the same institution's Chaifetz School of Business.

Paslay Group itself is recognized as a leading consulting entity specializing in Executive Program Management for complex capital development projects, having overseen EPM and advisory services for airport projects totaling $24.1 billion with an additional $16.2 billion in projects currently in development.

As the aviation industry continues to evolve, Sisneros’ involvement with Paslay Group is poised to bring innovative insights and strategies that can help navigate the complexities of airport development, ultimately improving operational efficiencies and stakeholder satisfaction across the board.
