Miyazaki Prefecture, Sugiyama began her career in

Nao Hiro Kasuya, the fourth-generation master of the Ichiyo School. Since obtaining her teaching license in
2023, she has actively exhibited her work and contributed to the art scene. As a member of the
Ikebana Art Association and other prestigious groups, Sugiyama has expanded her expertise beyond Ikebana, starting her artist journey in
2020.
Her impressive portfolio includes participations in notable exhibitions in
Tokyo,
Kanagawa, and
