The Japan CxO Award 2025, powered by Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, has successfully concluded its final judging process and announced its winners during an award ceremony held on December 8, 2025. This inaugural event is dedicated to recognizing leaders who serve as role models for the next generation of CxOs, focusing on their achievements and challenges in various industries. The awards aim to highlight 135 nominees, representing the forefront of leadership in the CxO domain.

Grand Prize Winner



The Grand Prize winner at this year's award ceremony is Ms. Shiho Miyanaga, COO of Helpfeel Inc. Under her leadership, Helpfeel has positioned itself as a pioneering platform utilizing AI for search-based FAQs. Ms. Miyanaga has an impressive background as a Director in the Investment Banking Division at SMBC Nikko Securities, notably handling IPOs and M&A for technology firms. Since joining Helpfeel in August 2022, she has played a critical role in strategizing and executing growth initiatives as CFO and CRO. Now, as COO, she is responsible for overseeing business operations, sales, and organizational management.

Helpfeel's core service focuses on reducing user inquiries and enhancing self-resolution rates, making it an essential tool for businesses seeking efficient customer engagement solutions. As the company expands its client base, Ms. Miyanaga is actively involved in the groundwork necessary for sustainable business growth and profitability.
