Additionally, it serves as an entry point for a Peer Support Network where members can connect and communicate safely and supportively.

The Role of ERGs at Randstad



Employee Resource Groups at Randstad are vital communities formed by employees with shared characteristics or interests. They play a crucial role in promoting workplace equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDI&B).
