Get ready for an exhilarating experience this Children's Day, on May 5th! The Sim Pit Store, one of Japan's largest flight simulation centers, is set to host a unique event where children can learn and play simultaneously. This event promises to be unforgettable, combining education with the thrill of flight.

An Unmatched Venue

The Sim Pit Store features an impressive array of flight and driving simulators, totaling eight, including a realistic F/A-18 cockpit simulator. There, participants will receive guidance from an ex-Japan Air Self-Defense Force fighter pilot, who will lead them through a breathtaking aerobatic flying experience. Additionally, children will have the opportunity to take a landing challenge under the expert supervision of a former All Nippon Airways (ANA) captain in a Cessna simulator.

Event Schedule and Structure

This exclusive event is designed for children aged from elementary school up to 18 and operates on a reservation-only basis, ensuring an intimate experience with limited spaces per session. Each session is set to contain engaging learning and practical experience:

F/A-18 VIP Room (90-minute class)

• - Morning Session: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
• - Afternoon Session: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Content:

• - 10-second stopwatch session and theoretical discussion (10 minutes)
• - Explanation and demo flight (15 minutes)
• - Aerobatic flying challenge (20 minutes)
• - Award certificates for participants

Cessna Simulator (60-minute class)

• - First Session: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
• - Second Session: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Content:

• - Theory on aircraft operation (15 minutes)
• - Flight experience and landing practice (45 minutes)

Kids will have the chance to share their experiences and insights through post-experience interviews with advisors.

Special Learning Experience

Led by a team composed of a former fighter pilot and captains from ANA and IBEX, this event will showcase the principles of aerodynamics and offer practical aerobatics training for free. The Sim Pit Store is equipped with state-of-the-art flight simulators featuring a stunning curved screen experience, including F-35B and F/A-18 cockpit models, alongside Cessna, motion flight simulators, F1, and GT racing simulators, making it a truly immersive environment.
