(known as Fermi America and listed on NASDAQ as FRMI and on LSE as FRMI), a leading developer of innovative private electric grids tailored for artificial intelligence applications, proclaimed the latest addition to its Board of Directors: Larry Kellerman. Appointed as an independent director, Kellerman is expected to bring invaluable industry experience and strategic insights to the company as it pushes toward its long-term goals.

Marius Haas, the Board Chairman, expressed excitement about Kellerman's appointment, emphasizing that his extensive four-decade background in the electric power industry would greatly benefit Fermi's strategic plans. “Larry is the ideal fit for our Board as we strive to oversee the execution of Fermi's ambitious priorities,” said Haas. Larry Kellerman’s career is marked by transformative leadership in the electric power sector. He co-founded and currently serves as Managing Partner of Twenty First Century Utilities, a firm that specializes in financial transactions and development in the electric power landscape. His association with Fermi dates back to the company’s inception, advising on strategic power generation initiatives.

Previously, he held significant positions, including being the CEO of Atlantic Power Utilities and Quantum Utility Generation, along with a partnership at Goldman Sachs where he established a robust power generation business. His early career included foundational roles at El Paso Corporation and Citizens Power, as well as leadership positions at Portland General Electric and Southern California Edison.

Kellerman earned a B.A. in Management from the University of California, Davis, and later obtained an MBA in Finance from West Coast University in Los Angeles.
