Mec Group to Exhibit at FOOD EXHIBITION 2025: Support for Foreign Workers

The Mec Group, located in Shinagawa, Tokyo, is dedicated to supporting companies in hiring foreign employees. From October 15 to 17, 2025, the Mec Group will showcase its expertise at the FOOD EXHIBITION 2025 held at Tokyo Big Sight. This exhibition aims to highlight the critical role of sending organizations in the successful recruitment of foreign workers. Visitors to the Mec Group booth will have the opportunity to explore the vital education provided by these organizations—an aspect often overlooked in the recruitment process.

During the event, the Mec Group will share invaluable insights on how to identify high-quality sending organizations and the criteria for selecting the best partners. This is a unique chance for companies looking to expand their workforce to gain understanding of how the education and training offered by sending organizations directly impacts the capabilities of foreign employees once they arrive in Japan.

As per the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, there are over 5 million businesses operating in Japan, with around 342,087 companies employing foreign labor. This figure suggests that approximately one in every 15 companies in Japan is hiring foreign talent, indicating a growing trend among employers. However, while many often focus on the final dispatch organization or registered support organization, it's crucial to recognize the importance of the initial education provided by sending organizations.

The success of a foreign worker's integration depends significantly on their language skills, professional abilities, and adaptability to Japanese culture—all substantially influenced by their training at sending organizations. The Mec Group believes that the choice of sending organization is a key component of successful foreign recruitment. Therefore, they only partner with thoroughly vetted organizations known for providing solid educational foundations for their candidates.

What to Expect at the Exhibition

The exhibition will feature a variety of activities aimed at emphasizing the significance of sending organizations. Qualified representatives from sending organizations in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam will be present at the booth to provide first-hand information regarding their programs.

Visitors will also have the chance to experience the local training environments through real-life video presentations showcasing classrooms and living conditions, giving a deeper insight into the educational backgrounds of prospective hires.

In addition, the Mec Group will offer personalized consultation sessions to address any recruitment challenges that firms might face, providing tailored advice designed to help optimize their hiring processes effectively.

We warmly welcome all attendees to visit our booth located in the East Hall, position N-10, which is straightforwardly accessible from the main entrance.
