This winter season, join the special breakfast fair titled “Spice Up Your Morning – Enjoy a Warming Soup for Winter Meals” at WHG Hotels, which encompasses Washington Hotels and Hotel Gracery. Running from December 22, 2025, to February 28, 2026, guests can enjoy a selection of 45 unique soups made from locally sourced ingredients at various hotels in Japan and overseas.

Building on the success of last year’s breakfast fair, this event aims to energize mornings with cozy flavors, and will for the first time include Hotel Gracery Seoul, Hotel Gracery Taipei, and Hotel Tabinos, alongside existing participants. Each hotel contributes its own original recipe, offering between one to six special soups tailored to regional tastes.

These original soups are crafted utilizing local ingredients and food culture native to the regions where the hotels are situated. For instance, the New York-style miso soup made with traditional Edo miso from Tokyo features plenty of root vegetables. Meanwhile, the rich medicinal soup made from the renowned “Hanamidori” chicken from Hakata captures the essence of local culinary pride. You can also enjoy the nutritious pumpkin porridge, popular among South Korean women for its health benefits at Hotel Gracery Seoul.

Adding to the experience, exclusive takeaway containers designed for the soup fair will be available, allowing guests to savor their meals in the comfort of their rooms.
