This summer, the beautiful tradition of Tanabata will be celebrated with a unique charity event called 'HAPPY SMILE for TANABATA,' organized by Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management in collaboration with the General Incorporated Association Group Happy Smile. From June 20 to July 7, 2026, 38 facilities across Japan will invite guests to share heartfelt wishes on handmade tanzaku (wish strips) created by individuals with disabilities.

The idea behind this engaging experience is to allow guests to write their wishes on tanzaku, which will be hung on bamboo branches displayed within the hotels.
