About Yamashita Honki Udon
Founded by the passionate Yamashita in 2012 near Meguro Station, Yamashita Honki Udon stands out for its commitment to high-quality Sanuki udon. After acquiring the trademark in June 2017, Garden Co., Ltd. established it as their private brand. The noodles are crafted from select wheat, produced and matured in-house, resulting in a firm texture that defines their specialty. The broth is carefully made from kombu (sea kelp) and katsuobushi (dried bonito). In the evenings, guests can also enjoy a variety of alcoholic beverages in a relaxed atmosphere. Today, Yamashita Honki Udon has expanded to 20 locations across Japan with plans for future growth.
