The second category includes a suite of highly sophisticated ISTAR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition, and Reconnaissance) capabilities. This encompasses SIGINT (Signals Intelligence), COMINT (Communications Intelligence), and advanced electronic warfare systems. Elbit Systems will also provide state-of-the-art intelligence collection and processing systems, alongside advanced electro-optical and night-vision capabilities.
