Core Approach of the Series

Utilizing the Creative Cultivation Model (CCM)

The Creative Cultivation Model (CCM) will serve as a common language throughout the series. Participants will be able to illustrate the relationship between various components of their organizations—business, structure, operations, culture, and individuals. By doing so, they will learn to identify the origins of organizational misalignments and discrepancies, enhancing their ability to see the bigger picture.

Gaining Multi-dimensional Perspectives Through Dialogue

Participants are encouraged to share their analysis of their organizations and the hypotheses formed utilizing CCM with fellow attendees. This exchange of feedback promotes the discovery of facets and interpretations of challenges that may otherwise go unnoticed when analyzed in isolation.

Exploring HR Involvement

Upon establishing a comprehensive view of their organizations, participants will delve into the potential HR actions they can take, consciously considering their roles as HR business partners (HRBPs) in their explorations.

Session Highlights

Session 1 Insights: Assessing Current Organizational Reality

In the first session, participants learned about the foundational principles of CCM and engaged in analytical exercises using the framework to scrutinize their organizations. Feedback from attendees included:
  • - "I realized that I had very little to say regarding what I didn’t know, yet articulating my uncertainties became a significant learning experience for me."
  • - "The notion that what is rational today might become irrational in the future resonated with me deeply."
  • - "I discovered that I had attempted to evaluate individuals without clarity about our internal structures and relationships."
  • - "Experiencing the challenge and intrigue of connecting various aspects of the CCM was enlightening."
  • - "I found it enjoyable to hear about different organizations’ initiatives."
  • - "I was able to naturally learn about best practices and challenges from other companies."

As the series progresses, the subsequent sessions are expected to evolve alongside the participants' dialogues, culminating in the creation of practical and original worksheets that directly contribute to better organizational management based on the structured understanding developed and the clarified challenges identified throughout the series.
