The
Women’s Empowerment Company Rankings are determined based on a comprehensive survey assessing various factors affecting women's work environment in corporate settings. Now in its 23rd edition, this ranking evaluates companies on two main criteria:
work satisfaction and
work environments. Companies are scored based on four key indicators:
management position appointment rate,
women's empowerment promotion level,
work-life balance, and
diversity of personnel. The total scores are then transformed into a deviation value to create an overall ranking score.
