From September 25 to October 19, Shibuya Hikarie invites food lovers to indulge in unique dishes at the "SHIBUYA FOODIE INSIGHT - Autumn Gourmet Fair 2025". This enchanting event spans the 6th, 7th, and 11th floors, featuring 25 original menu items inspired by the finest autumn ingredients, curated by 24 renowned cafes and restaurants in Shibuya.
This is the first installment of a three-part project focused on delving into Shibuya's culinary scene over the autumn, winter, and spring seasons. In anticipation of this event, a survey was conducted targeting local professionals in their 20s and 30s, asking them about their culinary preferences for the fall season. The standout responses highlighted the public's desire for seasonal treats such as sweet potatoes, pears, salmon, and Pacific saury, all of which have informed the menu creations that will be offered.
