As of November 24, 2025, Solution and Technology Corporation, known as SOLTY, proudly marks its 30th anniversary. Founded in 1995, SOLTY entered a burgeoning era of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems in Japan. Our early focus on consulting for accounting and HR operations has allowed us to bridge the gap between technology and business needs, solving numerous challenges faced by our clients.

Throughout these three decades, the diversity of our clients' needs has encouraged us to evolve continually. Today, we primarily focus on providing back-office solutions via our flagship offering, the "WiMS/SaaS" platform. This evolution has been made possible by the unwavering support from our clients, partners, and diligent employees and their families, for whom we express our deepest gratitude.

A New Office for a New Chapter

In tandem with achieving this significant milestone, SOLTY has also announced the relocation to a new office designed to accommodate our business expansion and growing workforce. Our goal is to create an environment conducive to productivity and enhanced communication among employees.

The new office embodies SOLTY's core philosophy of valuing "freedom and autonomy," featuring an open and spacious design. To facilitate a hybrid work model, we are embracing a free-address system alongside open meeting spaces. This setup is intended to encourage employees to gather freely, exchange ideas, and foster innovation.

Additionally, the new space includes a conference room equipped to host recruitment sessions and seminars for external clients. As part of our commitment to improving internal and external collaboration, we have expanded our web-conferencing facilities, enabling smoother interactions with our customers.

We have also enhanced our recreational areas based on employee feedback, providing diverse wellness services aimed at promoting both mental and physical health. Our objective is to ensure each staff member can thrive and perform at their best in this invigorating environment, thereby maximizing our service quality and value for customers.

Among the highlights of our workspaces are wide, flat areas without partitions for an inviting atmosphere. We offer several open meeting spaces for collaborative discussions, rejuvenation zones for lunch and breaks, and a terrace allowing employees to enjoy fresh air.
