Announcement for Global Breastfeeding Week 2025 Events

The NPO La Leche League Japan is excited to announce that we will be hosting various events both in person and online during the first week of August for the 2025 Global Breastfeeding Week. This international week is dedicated to raising awareness about the benefits and importance of breastfeeding, a tradition that began in 1992 and has seen participation from numerous countries in various initiatives.

The theme for this year's event is "Creating Sustainable Support Systems for Breastfeeding." Throughout the week, participants will have the opportunity to learn about different topics related to breastfeeding and parenting. Everyone is welcome to join any day that suits them! No matter where you live, you can take part in all our gatherings.
