Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the temporary staff will include the following:

Candidate Requirements
The Ministry is looking for an individual who fulfills the following criteria:
- - Proficiency in computer operations, especially in software like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- - A team-oriented mindset and a strong desire to engage in the responsibilities of the role.
- - Specialized knowledge in administrative law, particularly regarding the Information Disclosure Law, Personal Data Protection Law, Administrative Appeal Law, and Administrative Procedure Law.
Certain individuals are disqualified from applying for this position, including:
- - Non-Japanese nationals.
- - Those who are unable to become national public servants according to the provisions of the National Public Service Law.
- - Individuals with past serious convictions or those involved with parties that advocate violence against the constitution.
Work Schedule and Location
The working hours will be from 9:30 AM to 6:15 PM, excluding weekends and holidays, with a 60-minute break included. The position is based at the Ministry's office located at 1-11-39 Nagatacho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, just a two-minute walk from Nagatacho Station.
Employment Duration and Remuneration
The employment is set to commence on April 1, 2026, and will conclude on March 31, 2027, with a one-month conditional probation period following the start. The monthly payment will amount to approximately ¥12,542 per day, with additional allowances available for performance and housing as per ministry regulations.
