On December 16, 2025, the j.union and TUNAG for UNION will host their first Union Forum in Tokyo. This initiative aims to strengthen the value offered within the labor union domain, an area experiencing significant transformation due to evolving societal, economic, and organizational landscapes.

While traditional efforts around wage increases and improved working conditions are gaining momentum, new expectations for diverse and sustainable work styles are emerging. The discussion will focus on four key themes: Dialogue, Diversity, Union Member First Approach, and Labor Law Systems.
