SUPER WELFARE—which translates to 'ultra welfare'—aims to create a society where people with disabilities and other minorities can be viewed with admiration and respect. Originating in Tokyo’s Shibuya district in 2014, SUPER WELFARE is making its debut this year as a dedicated category within the annual urban festival,
NoMaps.
