New Appointments Across Key Regions



The newly appointed sales agencies cover diverse areas including the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, and South Atlantic regions. The key new partnerships are as follows:

  • - Kenefic Sales Associates (KSA): Serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Northern Delaware, KSA brings extensive industry expertise.
  • - Material Sales Midwest (MSM): Covering Kansas and Missouri, this agency is led by Jim Ganninger, who has over three decades of experience in the industry.
  • - Comprehensive Roofing Solutions (CRS): Responsible for Northern Illinois, Chicagoland, and Wisconsin, CRS has been operational since October 2024.
  • - Dynamic Architectural Products (DAP): DAP has been active in Virginia for IKO since late 2024, bringing 25 years of innovative roofing solutions.
  • - Midwest Commercial Roofing (MCR): A trusted name in Ohio for over 35 years, MCR became part of IKO’s network in December 2024.
  • - Building Envelope Associates (BEA): Established in Florida in January 2025, BEA brings more than a century of combined experience in roofing and waterproofing.

Michael Mendoza, Director of Single Ply Systems – North America at IKO Commercial, emphasized the company's focus on growth as it steps into 2025. The new appointments are not simply about expanding territory; they signify a commitment to delivering timely support and resources to contractors. This move follows a successful strategic push in 2024 that added additional agencies, including MPDL Associates in New York and Conner-Legrand in Northern Texas.
