All For Kids Announces Leadership Transition with Corina Casco as New CEO
All For Kids Announces Leadership Transition
All For Kids, a prominent nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing child welfare and empowering families, has recently made a pivotal announcement regarding its leadership transition.
Beginning on July 1, 2026, Corina Casco, LCSW, who currently serves as the Director of Programs, will take over the role of Chief Executive Officer following the completion of final interviews and evaluations by the Board of Directors. This transition is a carefully planned initiative focused on long-term stability, leadership readiness, and alignment with the overarching mission of the organization, guided by the current CEO, Ronald E. Brown, Ph.D.
With more than 20 years of experience in child welfare and nonprofit leadership, Casco has a rich background in program development, systems change, and community services. As the Director of Programs, she has overseen a diverse array of initiatives, including behavioral health, prevention, early childhood education, and foster and adoption services. Under her leadership, All For Kids has not only enhanced the quality of its programs but has also broadened its reach and amplified its impact in Los Angeles and beyond.
Corina’s collaborative leadership style and steadfast commitment to equity have fostered robust partnerships both within the organization and with external stakeholders, preparing her for this significant leadership role. "The leadership, judgment, and unwavering commitment of Corina to our mission make her the right choice to guide All For Kids into its next chapter," stated Ronald E. Brown, Ph.D. "This transition is rooted in years of intentional succession planning, strengthening our leadership team and ensuring that the organization is well-prepared for the future."
In a supportive gesture for this transition, Dr. Brown will assume the title of CEO Emeritus until the end of 2026. In this capacity, he will continue to assist the organization in key areas such as external partnerships, advocacy, and leadership continuity while working closely with Casco during the transition period. Following his term as CEO Emeritus, he plans to retire.
"I am honored to step into this role and continue building on the solid foundation that has been carefully developed over the years," expressed Corina Casco. "All For Kids has always been driven by a deep commitment to children and families, and I am excited to continue working alongside our dedicated staff, partners, and community to expand our impact and ensure that all children have the opportunity to thrive."
Board Chair Amanda Ruch added, "This is an exciting time for All For Kids. We are confident that Corina’s experience, vision, and deep commitment to the communities we serve will help propel the organization forward with clarity and momentum."
This leadership transition represents a significant milestone for All For Kids as it continues to extend its impact, deepen partnerships, and evolve its approach in support of children and families. With a solid foundation built over the last decade, the organization is exceptionally well-positioned for the next phase of growth and innovation.
