The Objective of the Seminar

Speaker Profiles
After graduating, Kei started at a pharmaceutical company before moving to a startup where he took on roles such as manager and business leader. He has since emphasized the importance of customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) in driving business growth. Joining Emotion Tech in October 2020, he initially worked as a CX consultant and business planner before focusing on the marketing team in late 2022.
With nearly 10 years at NTT East Japan, Shojiro worked primarily in partner sales in retail before transitioning to a foreign communications equipment manufacturer, where he led sales strategy for corporate clients. Eventually, he helped establish the alliance division at Kakehashi, achieving over 900% growth in lead acquisition year-on-year. Now he serves as the VP of Operations at Umee Technologies, overseeing the Business & Sales Unit and the Quality Assurance Unit.
