Discover the Flavors of Oita at Sho-chu ando
Located within Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, the newly opened bar "Sho-chu ando" invites you to embark on a delightful journey through the world of shochu. Since its launch in September, the bar has promoted an approachable experience surrounding this unique spirit with the motto, "Enjoy shochu freely and casually!" Now, from February 1st to February 28th, a special collaboration with Oita Prefecture will showcase the finest shochu and local ingredients.
During this month-long event, patrons can indulge in an exclusive menu featuring dishes made from Oita's top ingredients, paired perfectly with shochu crafted in the region. On selected dates, guests will have the opportunity to interact with representatives from Oita’s famous distilleries and enjoy a unique tasting course menu.
